DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products available for purchase may include digital resources and ready-to-customise website templates, including but not limited to:

Website Starter Guide
Website Workbook
Bonus Branding Guide
Ready-to-customise website templates

All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.

Website templates are transferred to your Squarespace account after purchase and are not available for instant download.

PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns or exchanges are not available once purchase has been completed.

Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

WEBSITE TEMPLATE TRANSFERS

Ready-to-customise website templates require an active Squarespace account.

After purchase, you will receive an email with the next steps. Once you reply using the email address connected to your Squarespace account, your template will be transferred within approximately 24–48 hours.

PERSONAL USE ONLY

All products and website templates are licensed for use by one individual or business only.

They may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, claimed as your own, or used to create competing products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, website templates, graphics, text and materials remain the intellectual property of Kayla Cummings unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it in accordance with these terms. Ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

By purchasing a product or website template, you agree to receive emails relating to your purchase, delivery and template transfer where applicable.

You may also receive occasional updates, resources and special offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

While every effort has been made to ensure the quality and accuracy of these products, no guarantees are made regarding individual results or business outcomes.
