Hi, I’m Kayla.
I live on the Sunshine Coast with my partner and our daughter.

I’ve worked across many worlds- aged care, fashion, cleaning, admin, motherhood. I’ve always felt a pull toward a life that moves differently, one not shaped by rigid schedules or expectations.

For over a decade, spirituality and healing were important to me. I studied, explored, and immersed myself deeply. Becoming a mother changed everything. My experiences asked me to release many beliefs I once held and to rebuild faith in quieter, more personal ways.

This space exists because I no longer believe there is one right way to heal, believe, or belong. I believe in lived faith, inner guidance, and deep respect for each person’s journey.

I hold this space not as an expert, but as someone who has lived, questioned, lost, and learned to listen differently.
